FREE Shipping

In order to be updated on delivery progress, every shipment has its tracking number. When a buyer purchases anything on our website, the shipping company allows the tracking number to the package and ship the order. We then receive the shipment details of the package and share it with the customer via email.

Expected shipping time

Shipping time takes 2 to 20 Business days for countries like US, Canada, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Australia, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Germany, Netherlands, and Finland.

We make every effort to deliver within the stated times above. However, during sales and peak seasonal shopping days, please do allow a little more time for your delivery.

 Express Shipping by FedEx, DHL, UPS, Aramex, or companies alike: 1-15 business days.

Important note: Please note that all estimated shipping times stated are based on normal conditions. On certain occasions, we receive a large number of shipments, especially on holidays. The customs authorities in some countries take longer than usual to inspect and scan the shipments for clearance of arriving packages, which can be the reason for the variation in the time frame of shipment delivery.

In order to upgrade your order from normal to express delivery, you can notify us by sending an email at support@bestgoodieshop.com right away after order placement. We will respond with a “Quote and Invoice for online payment”. It is being notified that it costs about US$40 to $90 per package, depending on the country where the order is being shipped.

Heavy Packages Rates are calculated based on weight/measurements of bulk orders packages. Shipping fees apply.

Order Processing

Please be notified that order processing time will be exclusive of shipping time. Order processing takes place as soon as the order is placed. While it takes 1-3 business days in order processing. This is mandatory to ensure the quality assurance, packaging, labeling, safety and protection of your order and the package is forwarded to the shipping party for dispatch.

Order abandonment

The order can be canceled within 7 hours after order placement. Most probably, the order wouldn’t be canceled once the order processing is started. Please send us an email regarding order abandonment as soon as possible.

Unsuccessful delivery

Please be considerate when you input the recipient’s information for your order delivery. We are not responsible if the particular details are incorrect and the package is refused or not taken from the receiver or local post office. If this unfortunate event happens; we charge a shipping fee of 30-50% of an order’s value.

Delivery in parts

Please do not be worried if there is anything missing in your package. Because of weight limitations, we ship the package in parts, and also for the speedy delivery once the item is placed in the warehouse.

Taxes and Duties


All shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, these will apply once the shipment reaches your designated country. You will need to take responsibility for any taxes and duties that may apply. Please contact your relevant authority for more information on the rates.

Order Tracking

Once the order is shipped out and the database is updated, you will receive the online Tracking Number via email and you can track your package subsequently.

If you haven’t received your Tracking Number within 5 days, you can email us at support@bestgoodieshop.com and we will take care of it immediately.
