2.     What mode of payments do you accept?

Best Goodie Shop accepts credit cards and debit cards such as MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. You can also pay for your orders using PayPal.

3.     How to apply?

It’s easy. Just look for the product you want to order, click the item to the product page.

Proceed to click the “Add to Cart” button. Repeat this with all other items you want to order.

Then click “Checkout” when you are done then click “Pay Now.” 

4.     Will I receive any order confirmation after placing an order?

Once your order ships out and our database updated with your online tracking number, we'll send you an email with the online tracking information which you can use to track your package.

5.     How secure is your site?

Best Goodie Shop is confident in the security of our shop. All payments and transactions are processed by PayPal Express Checkout, a known online payment service with a secure and reliable platform. Rest assured,

we do not have access or store any of your credit card or debit card information. PayPal processes all payments when you shop from our store. We are confident and pleased to say that our level of service is at the quality that has our customers coming back to the marketplace to shop again.

6.     Do you offer Free Shipping?

We are pleased to tell that all orders from our shop are available for FREE SHIPPING. You don’t need to pay a single cent to receive your orders at your doorstep.

7.     How long until I receive my order?

Our order Shipping time takes  2 days to  4 weeks.

United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia  / New Zealand, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Germany.

Our Logistics department prepares and sends your package to the shipping company (The Carrier company). When your order has been processed, it will be shipped as soon as possible. We will provide you a tracking number to track your order.

8.    Do you offer returns? 

A: If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us immediately we will make it right through either refund, store credit or replacement.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

If you order the wrong size or style please contact us and we will be happy to help you exchange it for the right item. 

You are also welcome to return an item that does not meet your needs or just you do not like.

We will process the store credit or refund once we receive the tracking number for the return
